Dynamic features something for everyone, with classes for adults and kids. All types of dance, from traditional ballet and jazz to fresh, new dance styles like salsa, belly dancing and cardio striptease, the latest aerobic craze made popular by Carmen Electra, are a staple of the Dynamic experience.
