After a lifetime of dancing,best friends Megan and Kim have realized their dream of opening Dynamic Academy of Dance and Choreography, a dance studio that represents them: young, hip, successful, and fun.

The focus of the studio will be its competitive teams, which will incorporate traditional dance skills with the latest in dance styles and techniques. But Dynamic Academy has something for everyone, classes for adults and kids, with all types of dance, ranging from traditional ballet and jazz classes to fresh, new dance styles like salsa and belly dancing, are a staple of the Dynamic experience.

Megan Leone, Dance Director / Choreographer

Our Dance Director, Megan, has been a competitive dancer and cheerleader for over 23 years. She started at the young age of 3 years old and went on to cheer and dance all through college. After graduating from Rowan University in 2002, Megan opened up her 1^st studio in South Jersey, specializing in all-star cheerleading and competitive dance teams. Now back home in Middletown, Megan is extremely excited to be training and molding new dancers in the area. Some of Megan’s accomplishments and certifications include, over 100 dance titles, star search champion, ESPN cheer and dance choreographer, NCA and NDA coach and judge certified, USA Gymnastics certified and safety certified.

Kimberly Sperber, Business Director

Our Business Director, Kimberly, has been dancing for over 15 years. After graduating in 2003 from Syracuse University with a dual degree in Television/Radio/Film and Psychology she went on to work for a group of radio stations in Central New York. Kimberly then made her way to New Jersey, utilizing her marketing and advertising skills at Millennium Radio NJ, the largest group of radio stations in New Jersey, including Monmouth and Ocean County favorite, 94.3 The Point. Kim has always dreamed of starting her own business and Dynamic is the perfect combination of her business skills and her love of dance.
